About Construction Plus – Specialist Small Lot home builder
Construction Plus is a Brisbane Bayside based builder that has been trading for 17 years, as a family owned business. Leo Bax started the business in 1994. In 2000, Leanne joined the family business as an interior designer and in 2006 became a qualified builder.
Throughout the time we have been building we have built over 100 house and land packages, including single and double storey homes, mixed use high rise sites, some commercial as well as several unit development sites from 5 to 52 units, acting as both developer and builder.
Leo custom designs all of the plans to suit the land size and contours, and to meet our client’s specifications. Before becoming a builder, Leo studied to be a technical/civil engineer so this has helped us greatly in designing homes.
We specialise in the design and construction of small lot homes within Brisbane City and Redland City Councils. However, we are not limited to small lot homes as all of our designs are customized to your block. We can build your home anywhere from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.
Since Leo started Construction Plus we have maintained the loyalty and close relationships with most of our contractors, some of which have been with us from day one. This ensures that our work is of the utmost quality and remains consistent across all of our work.
